1. Acceptance of Terms & YouTube API Services
Welcome to ClubTV.app ("ClubTV", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our platform, website, web applications, streaming interfaces, or services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
ClubTV.app relies upon and integrates YouTube API Services to deliver curated electronic music feeds. By using ClubTV.app, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you are also bound by the official YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue using the Service immediately.
2. Description of Service
ClubTV.app operates a continuous, Free Ad-Supported Streaming TV (FAST) discovery network curated across 90+ dance music streams, DJ live sets, record label archives, and nightlife broadcast feeds. Additionally, ClubTV provides integrated interactive overlays, track identification metadata links (e.g., Spotify, Apple Music, Beatport), equipment links (e.g., Pioneer DJ / AlphaTheta), and online-to-offline (O2O) venue event ticketing integrations.
3. YouTube Embedded Player & Content Integrity
All video content rendered on ClubTV.app is displayed utilizing the official YouTube IFrame Player API. In compliance with YouTube Developer Terms of Service:
- Unmodified Player Controls: Video stream controls, play state buttons, and official YouTube branding elements are maintained without modification or overlay interference.
- Ad Integrity: ClubTV.app does not block, alter, hide, or alter native ads served within the official YouTube video stream container.
- Content Ownership: Videos, audio, and broadcast media played via the Service remain the sole intellectual property of their respective creators, record labels, or YouTube rights holders.
4. Third-Party Integrations & Discotech Ticketing
ClubTV.app collaborates with third-party partners to provide enhanced utility, including Discotech (app.discotech.me) for nightlife ticketing, VIP table bookings, and venue guestlists.
- When you interact with event ticket links or VIP reservations, transaction processing and fulfillment are handled directly by Discotech or respective primary ticketing providers.
- ClubTV.app is not responsible for event cancellations, venue admissions, dress code policies, or ticket refund disputes handled by third-party promoters or Discotech.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
The visual design, software code, custom FAST Electronic Programming Guide (EPG) layout, interactive overlay engine, trademarks, logos, and graphics created by ClubTV.app are protected by copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute our platform software without express written permission.
6. User Conduct & Prohibited Uses
When using ClubTV.app, you agree not to:
- Attempt to extract raw video files or bypass YouTube's digital rights management (DRM) or IFrame constraints.
- Use automated bots, scrapers, or spiders to crawl video streams, API responses, or metadata.
- Overlay malicious, deceptive, or unauthorized commercial advertisements over video playback windows.
- Interfere with or disrupt the security or network performance of our servers.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. CLUBTV.APP DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL CLUBTV.APP, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR PARTNERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, THIRD-PARTY YOUTUBE API DISRUPTIONS, OR TICKET PURCHASES MADE VIA DISCOTECH.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction in state or federal courts located in California.

1. Overview & Data Controller
ClubTV.app ("we", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy details how we handle personal information, device data, and third-party API data when you use our web platform and streaming network.

We collect limited categories of information to operate, optimize, and secure our streaming network:

3. Processing of YouTube API Services Data
ClubTV.app utilizes YouTube API Services to retrieve channel metadata, live broadcast statuses, video titles, and stream thumbnail graphics. In strict adherence to Google API Services User Data Policy:
- Authorized Access Only: We only access public YouTube API endpoints necessary to render stream guides and channel information.
- No Sale of API Data: Data obtained via YouTube API Services is never sold, leased, or rented to third-party data brokers or advertisers.
- Centralized Caching: Channel metadata and video status data obtained via YouTube API Services are stored temporarily in secure server-side caches (e.g., Redis) for operational efficiency and refreshed continuously.
4. Revoking Access & Managing Google Permissions
If you connect Google/YouTube OAuth permissions or credentials to ClubTV.app at any point, you maintain full control over your data access rights:

We use collected information for the following specific purposes:
- To deliver, maintain, and personalize the ClubTV streaming network and channel navigation.
- To surface contextual music links (Spotify pre-saves, Beatport releases) and venue ticket options (Discotech).
- To monitor streaming telemetry, prevent server abuse, and maintain technical infrastructure performance.
- To respond to B2B partnership requests and sponsor pitch inquiries.
6. Data Sharing & Third-Party Vendors
We do not sell personal data. We disclose information only under the following conditions:
- Third-Party Service Providers: Hosting infrastructure (e.g., Vercel, Cloudflare, AWS) and analytics providers that process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements.
- Discotech Partner Links: When you click on a ticket link, you are directed to Discotech (`app.discotech.me`). Any data provided on Discotech's website is governed by Discotech's Privacy Policy.
- Legal Requirements: If required to do so by court order, law enforcement request, or applicable legal regulation.
